Description

50 year old female patient previously had breast augmentation and implant exchange at another surgeon’s offce. She since developed capsular contracture as well as weight loss, and now desires more natural, softer breasts. Post op: Patient underwent bilateral implant exchange with capsulectomy and periareolar mastopexy.
