32 year old female patient desired breast augmentation, underwent primary breast augmentation with saline, desired upsize after weight loss causing some asymmetry 3 years after that, then desiring implant removal approximately 2 years later. The patient was able to have the implants removed showing good skin retraction, therefore not needing a breast lift.
