19 year old female patient desires smaller breasts. Complains of neck pain, back pain, and shoulder grooving. Wears 34DDD bra and desires small C cup size. Post op: Patient underwent breast reduction. 900 grams of breast tissue on the left side and 820 grams of breast tissue on the right side were removed.
